Join the team to create the famous Bodom Trail atmosphere and an excellent experience to participants! A perfect event needs a bunch of active volunteers who make sure that everything goes smoothly before, during and after the event. You can join either during the event, 2-3 days before, or be part of the preparation team that plans the details months before the event.

Runner registration starts on January 31st but volunteers can enrol right away. If you want to be building a great event, add your details here!

Tasks include race office, drink stations, route guiding, start and finish area, parking, social media team and more. Many tasks will be possible also for non-Finnish speakers. The crew will enjoy tasty snacks & lunch of Pirttimäki Café, Bodom Trail Buff and shirt, special offers from partner products and an interesting project in a dynamic team. This years’ volunteers can register for next year’s race for free.

Pre-planning areas include media & PR, race office planning, contacts with partners and external service providers, to name some.

We have heard many wishes for a Bodom Trail running shirt in previous events. Now it is going to be available for those who are interested. The shirt is a proven and comfortable technical running shirt from the event partner Salomon. It will have a stylish Bodom Trail print on the backside and a small Bodom Trail logo on chest.

It is not included in the entry fee but can be ordered with registration for 22€ (recommended retail price 30€). It will be delivered with participant material in race office. Sizes XS-XL for women and S-2XL for men.

Volunteers will receive a shirt as part of the volunteer package. A small amount of shirts will be available in the race office without pre-ordering but if you want to ensure you’ll have one, order it when placing your registration!

Kisapaikalta löytyi yhtä ja toista sellaista tavaraa, jota todennäköisesti omistaja kaipaa takaisin.

Jos haluat, että juuri sinun, ystäväsi tai koko porukkanne juoksu päätyy kisavideolle, ehdota itseäsi tai kaveriasi videolle allaolevassa facebook-keskustelussa. Jos et itse ole linssilude, vinkkaa mielestäsi sopiva juoksija. Videotiimi tutkii ehdotukset ja on 12.5. mennessä yhteydessä tuleviin pääosan esittäjiin.

Mietitkö miten järjestää lastenhoito Bodom Traililla? Lauantaina 6.5. kisakeskuksessa on Muksula, joka tarjoaa perheen pienimmille mukavaa liikunnallista ohjelmaa vanhempien juoksun ajaksi. Lapset pääsevät omalle Bodom Trailille metsään, jossa syödään eväitä, tutkitaan keväistä luontoa ja kannustetaan juoksijoita. Välillä käydään lounaalla kahvion lohi- tai kasviskeitolla. Lisäksi leikitään pihalla, pelaillaan ja askarrellaan.

Osallistumismaksu on 20€, joka sisältää ohjatun toiminnan sopivan kokoisissa ryhmissä, lounaan ja välipalan, oman Buff-huivin ja kilpailunjärjestäjän vastuuvakuutuksen. Maksetaan käteisellä Muksulaan tultaessa.

Muksulaan mahtuu 25 lasta, ikäsuositus 4-8v. Muksula on auki  9.15 – 14.45. Ilmoittautumiset sähköpostilla tuija piste kaurila at gmail piste com. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä mainittava lapsen nimi, ikä ja mahdolliset allergiat. Ilmoittautuminen viimeistään maanantaina 11.5., jotta osaamme varata riittävän määrän ohjaajia.
