Charter buses from several locations in Helsinki area are available for Bodom Trail participants on Saturday. Bus transport is booked while signing up to the event or separately latest on April 26th using your personal registration link.
All buses arrive at the event center latest 45min before start. That will leave you time to pick up your number bib, prepare for the start and to drop your bag to storage. Returns are timed so that if you are not slower than the slowest in the past two years, you should be able to catch your bus with some margin.
To be economically viable, each bus line should have at least 20 passengers. If a line has less than 20 passengers, it will be cancelled and ticket price will be refunded approximately one week before the event.

Line 1: Helsinki city
Helsinki city center (Kiasma charter bus stop) departure Kiasma 8:15.
Line 2: East Helsinki / Vantaa
Itäkeskus departure 8:10 in front of Itäkeskus metro station, Turunlinnantie side, parking area for charter buses. The same bus collects runners from Tikkurila
Tikkurila departure 8:40 in front of Sokos Hotel next to railway.
Line 3: Espoo
Matinkylä, departure 8:15 Piispanaukio bus stop in front of Ison Omena shopping center, East side of the road Piispansilta towards Länsiväylä. Same bus collects runners from Leppävaara and Espoo center.
Leppävaara departure 8:30 from Linnatullinkatu in front of Prisma Sello where buses are parking diagonally to the road. The same bus continues to pick up runners from Espoon keskus.
Espoo center departure 8:45 from Kirkkojärventie, north side of the railway station.
Return buses leave at 14:30-15 depending on the runner’s finish situation.
Bus tickets can be booked and canceled until April 26th. The fee will not be returned – the buses are booked anyway, but you can sell your seat to another person. The fee will be refunded only in the case that a bus is cancelled due to too low number of passengers.
