Nosht is a Finnish start-up that develops easily digestible sports foods for endurance athletes. Products have been developed together with trail runners and other athletes and are coming to market in the beginning of 2019.
Nosht’s goal is that the energy products, balls, gels and drinks are not only gut-friendly but also taste good. Michelin star chef Heikki Liekola, who runs also himself, has been actively involved in the development.
The products are made of all-natural real food ingredients, are plant-based, and include only fodmap ingredients. In this way poorly digestible carbohydrates do not cause problems during the run. This way, Nosht addresses stomach problems that are far too familiar for many of us in longer runs and races.
The Bodom Trail runners will benefit from the cooperation in different ways. Along the race route and in the finish line, a new sports drink from Nosht is available. As well, you can get a taste of other Nosht products in the finish area. Beforehand, we’ll give you some tips on what kind of food would best support your race.
