Train together on Bodom Trail course
Bodom Trail community runs are guided, open group runs that are a great way to get familiar with trail running and to see the race course in advance. Different pace groups ensure that everyone will get an enjoyable experience that is suitable for own level.
All group runs start from Pirttimäki cafe (address: Kunnarlantie 110, Espoo). Be there in time to find your pace group before the start. We’ll start sharp at the indicated time. There will be product demos before the runs, e.g. Salomon running shoes to test.
Group runs are free of charge but pre-registration is expected so that we can arrange a right amount of group leaders. Registration is handled via Facebook events.

Equipment
Wear appropriate running clothing for the current weather. Bring your own energy & hydration if you expect to need it. Shorter runs will take 1-1,5h depending on the pace group and the longest one 1:20-2h. Target is to keep moderate pace. Trail running shoes are warmly recommended. In wet & icy conditions, studded shoes work best. Bring extra clothing & dry shirt for after run and bring your own headlamp for the night run. We’ll arrange testing opportunities for Salomon trail shoes and Petzl headlamps.
